
MOLLY TOBERER
MULTIMEDIA ARTIST / DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE REUSE OMAHA
Molly Toberer earned her MFA from University of Minnesota, School of Art and Art History (2000) and her BFA with from University of Kansas College of Visual Art & Design (1994).
Before joining the staff at ROSEGALLERY, Bergamot Station Arts
Center for 12 years, she was a technical artist fabricator for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles [MOCA], and adjunct professor of Sculpture in the California Bay Area community college system.
She works in the non-profit affordable housing field. Toberer founded 501(c)(3)Creative Reuse Omaha, a non-profit creative reuse center in 2023, and currently lives and works in Omaha, Nebraska.
Her professional artist activities include:
- Curating artist exhibitions
- art-publishing
- conducting visual artist-educator workshops
- Garnering civic public-art projects
Her research is focused on visual artists, sculpture, folk-art, and storytelling.
