Lana sees everything in nature as God’s own majestic artwork and is inspired to try to capture some of it on paper, canvas or fabric.
She paints in watercolor, oils, gouache, pastels, fabric, thread, and even wool.
She loves to give new life to gently used clothing by creating unique art quilts and making one-of-a kind ‘wearable pieces of art’. Her art quilts are a fusion of fabric, thread, and imagination, blending traditional quilting techniques with artistry.
Her work ranges from colorful landscapes to vibrant floral arrangements, expressive portraits, and intricate storytelling compositions.
