Painting with Alcohol Ink – by Linda Bernett

 You will learn different methods of applying alcohol inks. Then explore varying techniques to manipulate the inks and their flow. We will work on methods to create different textures. Lastly tips, tricks and special effects. There will be 3 to 5 projects, as we proceed in incorporating class info along with the use of several inexpensive surfaces that give good results.
 No prior experience with this medium is needed.
Please let me know if you plan on attending so I can determine the amount of supplies needed, as I will bring all supplies for the class: Although if you already have any of these items please bring:
        alcohol ink (not acrylic ink)
        small liner brush
        medium round, medium flat, medium filbert, fan brush and or stencil brush any size
        –  do NOT bring your best brushes.
        a small container with water
        a pad of newspapers
        paper towels, shop towels, and or baby wipes
There is no set fee for this class, but I would appreciate any donations for supplies and my time.
This is the first day of Daylight Savings, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time.
